AHHH, craziness!! glad to hear all is well and holing on. Life is funny sometimes ins't it? well, things are good here, holding down the fort, finally got some quality roommates and having a good time. keep me posted love ya so much!!! k
No porch, but many rooftops of the dorms for hanging out with the same view. along with a hangout with grills by the beach. That is my campus for the next four months.
unless it has a couple large piles of concrete on it like mine did. The roof was 4 floors up; don't ask me how they got there. Throw a boombox up on that bitch and tell everyone o'er the land they can dance if they want to.

I would say that an accessible rooftop is vastly superior to any porch
